  2. Is there a need to carry a hydration bag when running?

  3. Is the requirement to submit a race certificate from a previous 40+ km race a firm one? I don't have one, but I did recently do a 1h52:28 half marathon and 45:20 10K, and I also very regularly run the trails at MacRitchie, so I believe I'm in good enough condition for the Tour de Trail.

  5. Is there a page that publish the results of Tour De Trail which take place on 24 Sep 2011? Also, we did not get the finisher medal after the race, and was told that it will be mail to us. May I know when can we get the the medal?
